Yes. A 50% retainer fee is required upon the signing of the contract agreement. Full payment is due 3 days before cake delivery date.
We accept Zelle, Cash, Square, and PayPal as accepted forms of payment.
All retainers are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless there has been an error made by the business.
Once the cake has been transferred to the customer, the business is no longer responsible for any accidents. It is recommended that customers place all cakes into a refrigerated area until it is time to cut the cake.
All cake orders must be placed at least 2 weeks before cake due date. This will ensure there is time for a proper private cake tasting session.
As of right now, we do not offer shipping. We are currently working on implementing this service.
